- Free roaming minutes can be used for internal calls within the roaming country and for calls to the Kingdom only.

- Calls to unified numbers 9200 will be free and will be deducted from the available free local minutes on the plan. If 100% of the free local minutes are consumed, calls to unified numbers 9200 will be charged on a pay-per-use basis at Φ 0.1495 per minute.
- Customers with special needs from the deaf and mute category can get a permanent 50% discount on the monthly plan fee, and they are required to present a certificate from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development through Mobily branches to document their request.
