- The main Raqi package and multiple SIMs share the fair usage policy limit of 9 GB per day, as the Raqi Family package will automatically add 3 GB to reach a total of 18 GB per day. Note that the speed after reaching the daily fair usage limit is 1 Mbps.

- Raqi Family package: A package designed specifically and exclusively for the family and friends of Raqi package customers for only Φ 172.5 per line (including VAT).
- The Raqi Family package will give your family the following benefits: Unlimited local calls. Unlimited local internet (shared from the main Raqi package).
- Terms and conditions of the package: A Raqi customer can share data with up to 3 lines of the Raqi Family package only, whether under his identity or a different identity.
- With each Raqi Family package, the fair usage limit will automatically be increased by 3 GB to the total fair usage limit of the main Raqi package, making the maximum limit for the package 18 GB per day.
- If the service is suspended or disconnected for the main Raqi package, data sharing will automatically be suspended for all Raqi Family packages.
- A Raqi customer can activate or cancel data sharing through sales staff, or by sending a text message to 1100 from the main Raqi number containing the code "D" for activation or code "DD" for cancellation followed by the Raqi Family number registered under the same identity or a different identity. Example: D 05XXXXXXX
- Neqaty program: A Raqi customer can reach a higher points level to get a set of 25,000 and 30,000 offers.
- A Raqi customer can benefit from available points to get a discount of up to 2,Φ 500 on invoices.
- A Raqi customer can benefit from available points to get a discount of up to 1,Φ 800 when shopping from Neqaty partners.
- A Raqi customer can redeem available reward points without limit or restrictions.

After the current device commitment ends, the customer can obtain another device.
