- - Support contract with commitment for a maximum period of 24 months.
- - If the package is changed before the contract ends, the remaining value of the support contract plus 15% VAT must be paid.
- - The customer cannot combine the support contract feature with the package discount feature when paying cash for the device.
- - Availability of the support contract program depends on the customer's payment regularity and total payments under the identity, subject to the terms and conditions of the support contract program. (To check support contract eligibility, send 777 to 900).
- - The customer can obtain the free device after three months from the date of subscription to the package on 12-month contracts with a support value of 2,807 SAR (including 15% VAT) without a down payment.
- Note: Mafwatir Pro was previously known as Mafwatir Prime, only the name changed and all benefits remain the same.
- - Social media apps: WhatsApp, YouTube, Jaco, Instagram, Snapchat, X, Facebook.
- - 5G service is activated automatically for new and existing customers.
- - When changing or canceling the package, the cashback feature will be terminated without compensation.
- - Enjoy 115 GB of internet data on the stcwifi network in public places. *Message rate inside or outside the network is 28.75 halalas.
- - A daily cap of 50 text messages will be applied to new SIM cards for all Mafwatir customers (new activation, SIM change, replacement) for the first 12 months.

- Terms and Conditions:
- Video call rate inside network 34.5 halalas/minute, outside network 92 halalas/minute
- International message rate: 51 halalas per message
- Multimedia message rate inside and outside network 57.5 halalas/message
- - Calls to cost-sharing numbers (9200) are counted from the local minutes included in the package, and when minutes are exhausted, the call is charged at 17.25 halalas per minute.
- - Calls to short access codes consisting of four to six digits are counted from the local minutes included in the package, and when minutes are exhausted, the call is charged according to the on-network call rate.
- - Multi-SIM: One SIM at 57.5 SAR including tax
- - Calls to three-digit codes, other operators' customer service numbers, and emergency numbers are free.
- - Call rate to number (905): 2.3 SAR per call.
- - The customer is allowed to change the package to a lower package once per month
- - When subscribing to Mafwatir Pro 2 for the first time and you cancel the subscription before completing the first month, you must pay the total package fees
- - The device discount is subject to stc's device eligibility matrix.

- - Calls to landline numbers are treated as local off-network calls.
- Support Program:
- - The company allows the use of the support program feature for customers who meet the following conditions:
- 1 - Customers subscribed to one of the packages (Mafwatir Pro 1, Mafwatir Pro 2, Mafwatir Pro 3, Mafwatir Pro 4, Mafwatir Pro 5)
- 2 - 6 months have passed since the number was established
- 3 - The total payment of bills for services under his identity during the past 12 months exceeds 7,800 SAR
- 4 - The customer's record with the company is free of any financial defaults or delays in paying bills on any number registered under the customer's identity
- 5 - The customer's credit record with the relevant authorities in the Kingdom is free of any financial defaults
- 6 - The number of devices obtained by the customer (under the identity) must not exceed the maximum number of devices or their value as determined by the company's policy
- - Granting devices depends on the support contract program for customers who meet the conditions, subject to device availability.
- - The company has the right to make devices available to customers who do not meet the above conditions according to its policies and procedures at its discretion
- - The customer subscribed to the device discount program is committed for the entire contract period according to the duration selected by the customer
- - The customer cannot combine the support program and the cashback program
- - In the event of an existing support contract, package fees will continue to be calculated until final disconnection.
- - The customer is obligated to pay the remaining amount of the device value including VAT if the contract is terminated before its expiry, including but not limited to transferring the service to another operator, permanently canceling the contract for any reason, or switching to another package
- - In the event that the customer fails to pay the financial dues after the end of the service contract, the matter will be resolved amicably between the two parties, and if that is not possible, the judicial jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent court in Riyadh, Jeddah, or the Eastern Province.
- Device Cashback Program:
- - All customers subscribed to the following packages (Mafwatir Pro 1, Mafwatir Pro 2, Mafwatir Pro 3, Mafwatir Pro 4, Mafwatir Pro 5) can join the cashback program when purchasing the device in cash, except for customers benefiting from the support program available with the package.
- - The program allows the customer to receive a monthly refund through a deduction from the package subscription value for 24 months, and the value is determined based on the benefits of the package chosen by the customer
- - The beneficiary of the cashback program is not subject to any financial obligations or penalty conditions
- - The remaining balance of the cashback amount will be canceled if the customer terminates the contract before its expiry, including but not limited to transferring the service to another operator, permanently canceling the service for any reason, or switching to another package
- - In the event of temporary disconnection of the number while benefiting from the discount provided through the cashback program, the cashback discount will not be provided during the temporary disconnection period, and the customer will be charged the temporary disconnection service fee. If the number returns to active status, the cashback discount will be resumed for the remaining period, if any.
