- If the service is stopped for the main number of Postpaid Pro 5 or the number is temporarily suspended or the package is changed to another package, the price of the Postpaid Family package will be changed and will become 345 SAR including VAT for subscribers to the family package

- Device discount (according to eligibility policy)
- The device discount is subject to STC's device eligibility matrix.
- When you subscribe to Postpaid Pro 5 for the first time and cancel the subscription before completing the first month, you must pay the total package fees
- The customer is allowed to change the package to a lower package once a month
- A daily limit for text messages will be set for new SIMs for all Postpaid customers (establishment, SIM change, replacement) of 50 messages for the first 12 months.
- Calls to landline numbers are treated as off-net local calls.
- Direct payment balance 30 SAR.
- Direct payment balance is renewed monthly.
- Direct payment balance cannot be carried over to the next month.
- Direct payment balance cannot be used in the first month from the date of subscription to the package.
- Support Program:
- The company allows the use of the support program feature for customers who meet the following conditions:
- 1 - Customers subscribed to one of the packages (Postpaid Pro 1, Postpaid Pro 2, Postpaid Pro 3, Postpaid Pro 4, Postpaid Pro 5)
- 2 - 6 months have passed since the number was established
- 3 - The total payment of bills for services under his identity during the past 12 months must be more than 7,800 SAR
- 4 - The customer's record with the company must be free of any financial defaults or delays in paying bills on any number registered under the customer's identity
- 5 - The customer's credit record with the relevant authorities in the Kingdom must be free of any financial defaults
- 6 - The number of devices obtained by the customer (under the identity) must not exceed the maximum limit of devices or their value as determined by the company's policy
- Granting devices depends on the support contract program for customers who meet the conditions, subject to device availability.
- The company has the right to make devices available to customers who do not meet the above conditions according to its policies and procedures at its discretion
- The customer subscribed to the device discount program is committed for the entire contract period according to the period chosen by the customer
- The customer cannot combine the support program and the cashback program
- If there is an existing support contract, the package fees will continue to be calculated until final disconnection.
- The customer is committed to paying the remaining amount of the device value including VAT if he terminates the contract before its expiry, and this includes, but is not limited to, transferring the service to another operator, permanently canceling the contract for any reason, or converting to another package
- If the customer fails to pay the financial dues owed after the end of the service contract, the matter will be resolved amicably between the two parties, and if that is not possible, the judicial jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent court in the city of Riyadh, the city of Jeddah, or the Eastern Province.
- Device Cashback Program:
- All customers subscribed to the following packages (Postpaid Pro 1, Postpaid Pro 2, Postpaid Pro 3, Postpaid Pro 4, Postpaid Pro 5) can join the cashback program when purchasing the device in cash, except for customers benefiting from the support program available with the package.
- The program allows the customer to refund an amount monthly through a deduction from the value of the package subscription for a period of 24 months, and the value is determined based on the benefits of the package chosen by the customer
- The beneficiary of the cashback program is not subject to any financial obligations or penalty conditions
- The remaining balance of the cashback amount will be canceled if the customer terminates the contract before its expiry, and this includes, but is not limited to, transferring the service to another operator, permanently canceling the service for any reason, or converting to another package
- In the event of temporary disconnection of the number while benefiting from the discount provided through the cashback program, the cashback discount will not be provided during the temporary disconnection period and the customer will be charged the temporary disconnection service fee. If the number returns to active status, the cashback discount will be completed until the end of the remaining period, if any.
